CordTrack is operated by Workbird LLC. These terms apply to your use of CordTrack, a workspace for managing firewood business operations. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account and workspace

Use an email address you control and keep sign-in links private. You must be authorized to act for the business you register. Workspace owners are responsible for granting appropriate team access and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You give CordTrack permission to store and process it to provide the service. Only upload information, delivery photos, signatures, and customer details you are authorized to use. Keep your records accurate and use the service lawfully.

Trials and paid plans

A workspace trial lasts 14 days. Published plan prices appear on the pricing page. Any paid subscription requires a separate billing confirmation showing the price and billing interval. Creating an account does not itself authorize a charge.

Offline work and connected services

Offline work uses information previously downloaded to your device. Pending changes are saved locally until they can be synchronized. Protect devices containing customer data and reconnect to check for updates or conflicts. Online payments, email delivery, external maps, and account verification require their respective connected services. A queued payment record does not process a card transaction.

Availability and account changes

Features may change as the service develops, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or service outages. Accounts that misuse the service or compromise other users may have access restricted. Export any pending local work before removing device data or ending use of the service.

Privacy and questions

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Team members should contact their workspace owner about access, corrections, or removing business records. Changes to these terms will be identified by the updated date on this page.
