CordTrack is operated by Workbird LLC. This page explains how Workbird LLC handles information when you create an account or use a business workspace.
Information used by the service
Account information includes your name, email address, business name, team role, and signup consent. Business records may include customer contact details, delivery addresses, orders, inventory, invoices, payment records, delivery notes, photographs, and signatures that users choose to provide.
Why information is processed
CordTrack uses this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, display delivery plans, maintain business records, and send requested account or operational messages. Workspace permissions determine which business records team members can access.
Service providers and payments
The application uses Supabase for authentication and database services. When configured, Stripe handles online payments and Resend sends operational emails. Payment card information is entered through Stripe’s payment components; CordTrack keeps payment references and transaction records. Your firewood supplier is responsible for the customer information they enter and how they use it.
Information on your device
Session cookies support sign-in. Offline functionality stores downloaded workspace records and pending changes in your browser, including delivery proof you save. Protect shared devices and review pending changes before clearing browser data. Clearing browser storage can remove changes that have not synchronized. Cart information may also be stored locally.
Retention and requests
Business records remain in the workspace until removed through available account controls or by the workspace owner. Local copies remain on a device until cleared. Team members and customers should contact their workspace owner or firewood supplier to request access, correction, export, or removal of their business records. Some transaction records may need to be retained for the business’s accounting obligations.
